Choking Hazard – Small Parts

MonSai’s jewelry pieces may contain small parts, and are not intended for use for any reason by children under 13 years of age.

Each piece of MonSai jewelry is unique and created with longevity and safety in mind.  However, no jewelry is unbreakable and the MonSai jewelry piece you purchased may contain very small parts such as beads, clasps, charms, tassels, etc. that present a choking hazard if the parts become loose or detached. MonSai jewelry is created solely to be worn, and MonSai jewelry or any part of MonSai jewelry should never be placed in the mouth for any reason.

By purchasing from an item from MonSai, you acknowledge, accept, and agree to full responsibility for use of the item by you as well as any third party.  MonSai assumes no liability for injury, medical issues, or death resulting from accidental or intentional misuse of any of its jewelry.
